General Information/Requirements

- We require a 50% deposit on all cake orders to reserve the date. This deposit is non refundable as it is used to purchase ingredients, cake toppers, supplies. etc. for your cake order. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the date of the event. We accept cash, cashapp/venmo, and credit cards via square.
- All our large wedding cakes that we deliver are stored in our CakeSafe box. This means the cake will arrive stacked and ready to display! Our CakeSafe is an insulated reusable box that keeps cake cool and straight during delivery! This ensures an easy delivery (no melting cake layers and no uneven tiers!) - We do not allow local meetup for large tiered cakes (3+ tiers). The size and details that go into these large cakes require our cake safe and experienced drivers for delivery. Some of these large cakes may also need finishing touches at the venue once set up. Smaller cakes are allowed for local meet up, however once they leave our hands they are your responsibility. We can not guarantee that we will be able to come back to fix cakes after they have been picked up via local pickup and we do charge labor and mileage for these incidents.
- All tiered cakes come with plastic large straws inside and cake boards between tiers to keep each tier from sinking in. Please make sure to remove these before serving.
- Delivery charges depend on the location of the venue. Please provide an address when inquiring for a more accurate quote!
- To ensure the best flavor and maintain design, do not leave your cake on wobbly tables, in direct sunlight, outside in extreme temperatures, or in/nearby walkways or doors as accidents do happen! Make sure to display it on a higher table away from children or animals. Carry large cakes with two people or on a rolling cart. We recommend that you have one set place inside your reception to display the cake without having to move it once we have delivered.
-Cakes made with buttercream are stable at room temperature (65-70 degrees F) and will last up to 3 days. Refrigerated cakes can last up to 6 days when stored properly. Cakes with dark colors/black icing must be kept refrigerated until at least a few hours before your event. Colors like these tend to fade quicker in the heat.
- For best availability, please book your cake at least 4 weeks in advanced. Our books fill up fast for wedding cakes, so don't hesitate to order early to get on our books!
- All cakes require a signed contract when ordered

-portions are based on an average "party" sized cake slice- 1"x 2" wide by 4"-5" tall, smaller slices will increase servings.
